Headquartered in London with offices in New York, Tiger Aspect Productions is one of the UK's most successful independent television producers working across a range of genres including drama, comedy, animation, children's, entertainment, factual, features and feature films.
Recent productions include Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Benidorm, The Home Show, Harry and Paul, and Charlie & Lola. In the US, Tiger’s hit programming includes two series of Make Me A Supermodel for Bravo and Cook Yourself Thin for Lifestyle.
The company is also behind established drama and comedy hits such as Robin Hood, Vicar of Dibley, Catherine Tate and many more.
Documentary producer Darlow Smithson Productions’ credits include The Falling Man, Thriller in Manila, The Diary of Anne Frank, and mountaineering docu-drama Touching the Void, which ranks as the most successful British feature documentary in UK box office history.

“Endemol is the real deal – a fully functioning global creative business,” he said. “They understand and appreciate what we do and how we do it. For us this is the dream deal we thought would never happen. We’ve found the ideal home.”
John Smithson, executive chairman of Darlow Smithson and Tigress added: “This is an exciting opportunity for both Darlow Smithson and Tigress. We can enjoy creative freedom whilst having all the benefits of being part of a global media player”.
