Mobile TV specialist Vantrix has established a new MENA HQ in Dubai Media City.
Canadian mobile multimedia platform developer Vantrix has established a new Middle East and North African (MENA) HQ in DubaiMediaCity.
The company, which develops codecs for converged wireless, broadband and cable networks, is currently exhibiting at MECOM in Abu Dhabi and has grand plans for the Middle East telecommunications market, according to senior vice president of International Sales, Robert Fillmore.
“Dubai is renowned for being a business epicentre in the Middle East. [There is] increased demand for mobile multimedia services, and DubaiMediaCity provides the perfect location from which to coordinate our sales and partnership efforts within the region,” he said.
Vantrix has achieved considerable success developing mobile TV platform solutions for European and North American telecommunications clients.
In addition to Vantrix’s new DMC office, the company boasts operations in London, Beijing and Montreal.
